王玮 现任华东理工大学生物反应器工程国家重点实验室主任助理。从事丝状真菌的遗传改造及真菌合成生物学相关的研究,拥有较好的真菌操作和分子生物学实验经验。首次完成丝状真菌光控系统的开发,为合成生物学和转录调控提供新型操纵元件;首次开发光诱导的丝状真菌可擦写的筛选标记系统,为复杂的多步的的基因操作,以及开发无标记的菌株提供了高效的使能技术;首次在丝状真菌中开发TALEN系统,丰富了真菌的操作工具;首次解析丝状真菌里氏木霉中锰调控纤维素酶表达机制。研究工作发表于Biotechnology for Biofuels、Scientific Reports、AEM、Journal of Biotechnology等期刊。


Research Interests

The long-term goal of his research is to discover and develop filamentous fungi chasis for heterologous proteins and microbial natural products production. 

      ØArtificial transcriptional activators design
ØSeeking new transcriptional regulators and regulation mechanism for cellulase.
ØTrichoderma reesei hyper-cellulolytic mutants construction
