We have construct systematic platforms for rapid screening of nature enzymes that fulfil the requirement of industrial synthesis by combining both sequence and functional screening strategies.

We have construct enzyme libraries for hundreds of enzymes which have potential industrial applications. These enzymes can catalyze efficient synthesis of chiral intermediates of several crucial drugs with high enantioselectivity.

We have construct “Carbonyl reductase library” with about one thousands of carbonyl reductases including Medium- chain dehydrogenase/reductase, Short-chain dehydrogenase/reductase and Aldo keto reductase.
