任国宾 近年来一直从事药物晶体工程技术研究,提出应用机器学习和数据挖掘技术,寻找与药物固体形态有内禀关系的分子描述符,归纳获得不同描述符对各种固体形态产生的影响规律,并提高新化合物预测效率,指导实验研究;将外源物理场引入药物固体形态的发现过程中,以全面获得药物的潜在固体形态;提出相变前超分子组装调控以及晶核微环境的控制理念,结合过程分析技术,开发特定固体形态药物的新工艺及产业化应用。(2017年度上海市科技进步二等奖,第一完成人) 。现任华东理工大学药学院副院长、特聘教授、国家食品药品监督管理局药品注册审评专家咨询委员会委员、中国晶体学会理事、中国晶体学会药物晶体学专业委员会常务委员。承担国家自然科学基金面上项目2项;发表论文50余篇,获得21项发明授权专利。曾获得上海市科技进步二等奖、中国产学研合作创新奖、第十三届中国专利优秀奖、天津市技术发明奖(一等)、教育部科学技术进步奖(一等奖)各一项。分别与浙江海正药业股份有限公司等医药企业合作,成功完成逾50个药物品种的系统固态化学研究,与浙江华海药业股份有限公司等制药企业合作,成功实现近20个药物品种结晶技术产业化开发和技术转移。
