王华磊,理学博士,华东理工大学生物工程学院副教授,硕士生导师。2004年和2007年于中国海洋大学分别获得学士和硕士学位,2013年华东理工大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士毕业。主要研究方向为生物催化剂——酶的高效开发、人工定制及其在手性药物中间体合成中的应用。2010年11月参与完成的“工业酶制剂的创制与应用关键技术”获上海市科技进步一等奖;2013年12月参与完成的“定向转化多元醇的细胞催化剂创制及其应用关键技术”获上海市技术发明一等奖。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金、华东理工大学基本科研业务费等4个纵向项目,并与永农生物科学有限公司、山东佰安瑞生物药业有限公司、枣庄市杰诺生物酶有限公司等合作开发横向项目3个,作为项目负责人承担总经费1300多万元,参与多项企业横向课题。在Applied and Environmental Microbiology,Microbial Cell Factories,Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology等学术期刊发表SCI论文二十余篇,申请中国发明专利8项,已授权4项。
主要研究方向:
(1)以酶资源多样性、酶催化机理、理性设计方法学为研究内容的生物催化剂高效创制。
(2)以“高值化”产品为导向、基于逆合成生物催化技术的手性药物中间体绿色高效合成工艺开发。
