研究方向:
1. 以模式动物小鼠、斑马鱼以及海水养殖动物大菱鲆为研究对象,采用多组学(单细胞测序、代谢组、表观遗传组)、基因编辑、反向遗传操作等技术手段,研究先天免疫细胞(巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、血液细胞等)激活调控炎症性疾病发生分子机制;
2. 聚焦“先天免疫记忆”(训练免疫)这种新的免疫应答模式,解析其调控感染性器官损伤、系统性炎症疾病等关键分子靶标;并依托斑马鱼活体表型筛选平台、大菱鲆临床评价平台,开展靶向药物、免疫增强剂产品的活性评估及其作用机制研究。
