工学博士,副研究员,生物反应器工程国家重点实验室常务副主任,食品科学与工程系常务副系主任

2000年7月毕业于华东理工大学生物工程学院生物反应器工程国家重点实验室,工学硕士
1996年7月毕业于华东理工大学能源化工系,工学学士

 

主要研究方向:
食品生物技术:基于功能基因组学的乳酸菌功能研究与开发、基于分子改造的食品酶学研究与酶制剂开发;
功能性食品:基于生物信息学与生物计算学的食品天然功能分子研究,功能食品开发,海洋功能食品开发。
