【摘要】背景:混乱的亲本信息可能会阻碍我们剖析谷氨酸棒状杆菌菌株的氨基酸高产机制。所以,我们迫切需要一个给谷氨酸棒状杆菌基因分型的有效方法。

结果:多位点序列分析(MLST)是目前最流行的分子分型技术。但这个技术并不适用于谷氨酸棒状杆菌。本文建立了一个基于7个管家基因序列的MLST方案,来给谷氨酸棒状杆菌基因分型。这个MLST方法能有效区分17个菌株,而且还有助于我们理解棒状菌的种群结构。结论:本研究开展了应对谷氨酸棒状杆菌的MLST方法,并开发了一个有效技术来区分来源不明的菌株。

 


Dendrogram analysis of Corynebacterium glutamicum from allelic profile data. The dendrogram was generated with the UPGMA (unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean) method based on the internal fragments of 7 housekeeping genes of the 17 strains. ATCC13032 and MB001, ATCC14067 and ATCC21493, and AS1.299 and AS1.563 were classified into the same groups, respectively. Several ‘B. tianjinese’ and ‘C. crenatum’ strains, including AS1.542, T6-13, S9114, etc., were also classified into the same group. Each of the other strains falls into an independent group separately.
