Yingping ZHUANG

Yingping ZHUANG , Female,Ph.D., Professor . She was born in 1962 and graduated in 1984 of ECUST. Vice Director of College of Biotechnology, Vice Director of National Research Engineering Research Center for Biotechnology (Shanghai), Recent years, she worked in group of bioprocess engineer of SLBRE and studied in optimization and scale-up of fermentation. They formed a new method of multi-scale optimization on fermentation process , invented a new equipment used to optimization of fermentation.  With this method and equipment, they had breakthrough in productivity of penicillin, erythromycin, aureomycin, guanosine, inosine,recomdinant human albumin, phytase ,etc. She was awarded 2nd Advancement of Science and Technology (AST) by Chinese central government in 2002, 2004 and 2011(Order: 3)and 1st AST  from Ministry of Shanghai Municipality in 2001,2003 and 2008(Order: 3) .She was good at association analysis of data in fermentation process, regulation of second metabolism and scale-up of industrial bio-process. In recent years she has published more than 100 papers .
